A passion for authentic culinary delights and regional products are the key ingredients in our cuisine.

Fresh vegetables delivered directly to us by our favorite farmer. Fine herbs from our own garden. Austrian meat and fresh fish from St. Marein from the excellent Forellen Marzi.
